  • Early Years Practitioner

    SMART Nurseries

    Dobwalls School Nursery

    Contract: Permanent

    Salary: Grade E, £24,404 per annum pro rata (actual approximate Salary £18,300) Pay Award Pending

    Hours: 32.85 hours per week, 38.6 Weeks per year (Term Time plus 3 Inset Days). Hours will be worked across weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00. Rota to be confirmed at interview.

    At Dobwalls School Nursery we offer childcare provision to children from 0-5 years as well as our OWLS provision which supports primary aged children for breakfast and afterschool.

    We are looking to recruit a qualified Early Years Practitioner with an Early Years’ Qualification at Level 3 or above to join our thriving team, ideally paediatric first aid trained. You will be working alongside highly qualified members of a professional team in a homely and friendly environment.

    The applicant will be passionate in providing a safe, nurturing and enabling environment for all of our nursery children. You will be strongly focused on professional development, use your own initiative, liaise well with the SMART nurseries’ manager, be a strong communicator ensuring staff, children and parents are effectively supported.
