  • Senior Learning Support Assistant

    Contract Length:1 Permanent role. 1 Fixed Term Contract until 23rd July 2025

    Salary: Grade F - £25,183 - £27,269 (pro rata)

    Hours: Term time - 30 hours per week - plus 5 Inset days

    Expires: Monday 27th January 2025

    Saltash Community School is seeking to appoint 2 members of staff to support SEND students within its Area Resource base (ARB) at Saltash Community School. 

    We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who will share our commitment to excellence and our desire to achieve the very best outcomes for our students.  The role is within our ARB team and will support our students both in the ARB and mainstream classroom.  The role has the added responsibility of helping to plan and implement high quality provision within the ARB.  We encourage applications from individuals who are looking to change career and have transferable skills and experiences, as well as those with prior experience supporting young people in the classroom.  You may well have an interest in developing your own practice/experience as an education professional.

    We are part of South East Cornwall Multi Academy Regional Trust (SMART), incorporating other schools, both primary and secondary, from South East Cornwall. If you would like to become part of our school, we would like to hear from you.
