The Trust five year plan sets out our long-term vision and plots our journey each year towards this vision.  It is reviewed each year in March and underpins all of our development plans for the coming year.  The most recent version of this document can be downloaded here

In the final year of each of these plans, we enter into a process of wide consultation involving all our stakeholders to ensure we agree our common purposes and direction.  Our last consultation of this kind was in 2021-2022, and you can download our previous five-year plan below if you wish to explore this in more detail.

Each year we attempt to capture our agreed strategic direction and planned developments of all of the schools into a one-page summary we call the ‘Pocket Guide’.  A copy of this can be found on page 6 of the document and is reproduced for your convenience below.
